Nora came to me with a dream. She wanted to focus on her career and become a respected leader, but didn’t dare dream that big when she had a family to support, and no leadership experience. She’d been in the same role for years, and describes working with me as allowing her to get in touch with those high desires. And then not only to dream, but to put it into practice.

Together, we worked through the competences she would need to get there, and built out her toolkit to achieve those dreams. Nora describes the support as both practical and emotional, with our sessions allowing space to make decisions and more forward courageously. She felt that every session left her feeling motivated and positive – with a can do attitude. Since we began working together, Nora has traversed 4 new roles, recently accepting a role as Clinical Research Director. I’m very proud!
